  • Sahyadri Siri reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to modify product prices and descriptions without prior notice.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Product images are for representation only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation.

  • Payment must be made through the available secure payment gateways.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Cards, Wallets, and Net Banking.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after 2 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through reputed courier partners.

  • Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999 (as displayed).

  • Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout for orders below ₹999.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • Perishable items (coffee, spices, dry fruits) are not eligible for return once opened or used.

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Product Freshness & Quality

  • All our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches.

  • We guarantee 100% pure products with no harmful additives.

  • Once the product is delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, images, and product descriptions on this website are the property of Sahyadri Siri.

  • No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sahyadri Siri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product ordered.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
