At Sahyadri Siri, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

 

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship all across India (including remote areas). We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

2. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999 - FREE Shipping

Orders below ₹999 - ₹199 (Flat Rate)

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping applies only to the mainland India. Additional charges may apply for certain remote areas / islands.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Metro Cities: 2 to 5 working days.

• Remote Areas / Villages: 5 to 10 working days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or festivals.

4. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Fresh roasting/packaging is done after order confirmation to ensure maximum freshness.

5. Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.

• You can track your order status from the “My Orders” section in your account.

7. Important Notes

• Delivery times mentioned are approximate. Sahyadri Siri is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.

• If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us.

• Make sure to provide the correct address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong address errors.

8. Address Changes

Address changes are possible only if the order is not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address.
