REFUND POLICY

At Sahyadri Siri, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (food items like coffee, spices, and dry fruits), we have a strict return policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during transit (broken seal, leakage, or crushed packaging).

  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item).

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong choice, or taste preferences.

2. Time Frame for Return

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with intact packaging and seals.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.

  • Perishable / edible items once the seal is broken (Coffee powder, Filter Coffee, Spices, Dry Fruits, Cashews, Almonds, etc.).

  • Products purchased during sale / promotional offers.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email with:

    • Order Number

    • Photos of the damaged/wrong product

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.

  3. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer (unless the product is defective or wrong item sent by us).

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For defective/wrong items, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

6. Replacement Policy

  • If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement free of cost (for defective or wrong items).

  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.
